Hot Fudge Sauce
This is creamy sauce which tastes like DQ hot fudge. Great cold right on a spoon too!

½ cup butter
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine butter, chocolate chips, milk and sugar in a medium saucepan.
Heat mixture to boiling; boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Wonderful on peppermint ice cream or Homemade Vanilla by Blue Bunny.
